In "Mr. Wilkinson's Well-Dressed Salads," recipes include light dishes such as Watermelon and Feta with a Shrimp Vinaigrette, and Iceberg, Mint and Radish Salad with Avocado Dressing. There is also heartier fare, such as Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Hot Red Turkish Peppers
