Every One PDF ePub eBook

Books Info:

Every One free pdf An average family with everyday concerns - raising children, growing up, growing old. All that changes when death comes calling to claim Mary, the wife and mother. But somehow shock and outrage gradually turn into an uplifting form of acceptance. Jo Clifford's "Every One" takes a surprisingly positive look at how ordinary people deal with tragedy. Rooted in the mundane yet instantly recognisable drama of everyday family life, the play's great strength lies in exploring the idea that when death calls we grieve for the good times that have passed rather than the pain we now feel. Using the Medieval play "Everyman" as its template, this new work asks questions of our own mortality and discovers how often hope and acceptance can be found in our darkest moments.
