About MR Everette Hartsoe

Everette Hartsoe is a 20 year comics veteran who formed London Night Studios, an innovative collaboration of creators responsible for starting the careers of such creators as Ed McGuinness, Georges Jeanty, Eric Powell, Billy Tucci, and Steve Scott. While manning the helm at LNS, Hartsoe brought marketing to a new level with many ideas now being emulated by the big 2. Hartsoe is an established artist, writer, editor, and publisher who laid the groundwork for many other indy publishers to follow. He created a universe built around his flagship title Razor that included such titles as Morbid Angel, Tommi Gunn, and Stryke. His character Razor was featured in comics alongside such iconic indy character as James O'Barr's the Crow, Billy Tucci's Shi, and yes, even the Barbie Twins. He has over 5 million copies of his comics in circulation during his career, a number that would thrill any publisher. Often referred to as the Godfather of Goth comics, Hartsoe has again embarked on a journey with Razor launching a highly successful kickstarter campaign that exceeded its goal by 1025%. With his creative drive fully intact, Hartsoe is taking his creation to the masses in all media forms. His flagship title Razor is currently in development for a major motion picture from The Crow producer, Jeff Most and directed by The Fast and The Furious director Rob Cohen.
