The authors became collaborators after Nicky was cast in Steven's play, Stardust (the script of which is published in the book) which toured schools in Brisbane, the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

About Steven Gration

Steven Gration is a director, writer, actor, puppeteer and teacher having taught drama, acting and media studies in post-primary, indigenous and tertiary institutions around the country. He has worked with professional theatre companies including Handspan and Kite theatre and has been a guest artist in Mexico, Singapore, Japan, France, England and the USA. Nicky Peelgrane is a teaching artist, actor, director and producer of drama, both for and by young people. Nicky holds a Bachelor or Arts and Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education (Drama/English) and has worked with students from Years 1-12, directing and producing countless student performances.
