About Judy McKimm

Brian Nicholson is a General Practitioner and Clinical Fellow based at the Nuffield Department for Primary Care Health Sciences at the University of Oxford. Judy McKimm is Dean and Professor of Medical Education, College of Medicine, Swansea University and Visiting Professor of Leadership and Healthcare Education at the University of Bedfordshire. She is an experienced facilitator of leadership and faculty development programmes for doctors and other professionals, working in the UK and internationally. Her academic interests are in health workforce development, capacity building and the relationship between policy and service shifts and higher and professional education. Ann K. Allen was Senior Lecturer in the Institute of Medical Education and holds an honorary title with Cardiff University. Previously she was Director of Cardiff University's Master of Public Health Programme and now undertakes freelance work as a consultant to development projects.
