Her publications include The Manual of Paediatric Feeding Practice (Speechmark, 1997), The Manual of AAC Assessment (Speechmark, 2000) - contributors to the book include professionals from the fields of dietetics, occupational therapy and speech language therapy - and The Fun with Food Programme (2007).
