Holocaust and Justice PDF ePub eBook

Books Info:

Holocaust and Justice free pdf The Holocaust was not a major issue in the thirteen Nuremberg trials conducted in Germany between 1945-1949 by the International Military Tribunal. Can the word "justice" be used to refer to trials that did not fully recognize the centrality of the Holocaust? What was the background of the postwar war crimes trials, and what was their impact on society and collective memory? How did they shape international law? This book brings together observations on these and other issues from a broad range of international scholars on the representation of the Holocaust in the postwar trials and its historiography.
