Lynne Gornall is Leader of the Working Lives Research Team. She has held teaching, leadership and management roles in UK HE. The research group, established in 2007, comprises staff from the Universities of Glamorgan, Cardiff and Newport. Caryn Cook is Senior Lecturer in the Business School at the University of Wales, Newport, UK. Lyn Daunton is Deputy Head of the Glamorgan Business School at the University of Glamorgan, UK, where she is Head of the Division for Organizational Leadership, Learning
