Ian Rivers is Professor and Head of Psychology at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Neil Duncan is Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Wolverhampton. Valerie E. Besag is an educational psychologist and former teacher who is an international expert on school bullying prevention.
